Useful signal, without the mystique.
WireShaman is an independent experimental technology publication covering cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, hardware, and the infrastructure connecting them.
What we publish
We focus on developments with a concrete consequence: vulnerabilities that change defensive priorities, products that materially change what a computer can do, and explainers that make difficult technical ideas easier to use.
Every article aims to answer three questions: what happened, what evidence supports it, and what it means for the reader.
How the newsroom works
WireShaman uses an automated editorial pipeline for discovery, drafting, formatting, image generation, and publication. Articles are built from linked sources and structured checks, but automation can still make mistakes. Sources are listed so readers can inspect the underlying reporting directly.
We do not present generated illustrations as documentary photography. Editorial images are visual interpretations and do not establish that an event occurred.
Independence and corrections
WireShaman is not affiliated with the companies, products, or agencies it covers. If sponsorships or affiliate links are introduced, they will be disclosed where they appear and will not determine editorial conclusions.
Corrections and editorial questions can be sent to corrections@wireshaman.com. Please include the article URL and the specific passage at issue.
